Mureremba, who was recently named in the 2024 Premier Soccer League Team of the Season, had an impressive campaign with CAPS United.
He joins a Scottland FC side that is reportedly making ambitious moves in the transfer market.
The club is also rumoured to have signed Soccer Star of the Year Walter Musona, Dynamos vice-captain Emmanuel Jalai, and the Moyo twins, Kelvin and Elvis.
