-Degree in Social Sciences, Humanitarian or Development Studies, or a relevant field.
-Minimum three years of progressive work experience in the disability sector or community development.
-Proven project management experience with strong skills in design, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
-In-depth knowledge of the rights and challenges faced by persons with disabilities.
-Strong understanding of disability inclusion and relevant legal frameworks.
-Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines.
-Clean Class 4 Driver’s licence with at least two years of driving experience.
