*Degree in Real Estate Management or a related field.
*Proven experience as a Property Officer or in an equivalent role.
*Comprehensive understanding of property management and its financial aspects.
*In-depth knowledge of rules and regulations surrounding property management.
*Proficient in MS Office and relevant databases/software (MDA).
*Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
