The High Court has sentenced Jaison Muvevi of Ruzane Village, Wedza, to four life imprisonment terms and a further 40 years in custody after convicting him on four counts of murder and attempted murder.

In the case, which drew widespread public attention, the court found Muvevi guilty of the killings of four people and of attempting to take the lives of others during the same violent incident, according to court proceedings cited in the report.
